Sex and dating provides us with one of the most emotionally and physically charged social situations that none of us receive much training in. A coach can help you work through what you want here and offer tips to help you relate. 

Relationships and communication

Clients come to me for coaching when they are experiencing a particularly tricky relationship problem - perhaps with a member of their family or even their partner. This might be improving intimacy, working through a specific resentment, working with jealousy, sibling rivalry, or working on their personal boundaries with parent. Some slight shifts in communication and perspective can be transformational in improving the nature of your relationships
